Am I Pregnant?
In pregnancy, your body goes through many changes. Some common symptoms of early pregnancy include:
- A late or missed period
- Mild cramping
- Nausea
- Breast tenderness
- Frequent urination
- Tiredness
- Mood swings
Pregnancy tests check for a hormone called hCG[i] that is produced by the developing placenta during pregnancy. The longer you wait to take the test, the more accurate it becomes. It is best to wait until your first missed period before you take a pregnancy test. You can test sooner, but you may need to take a confirming pregnancy test later. We provide a laboratory quality urine test free of charge. In normal pregnancy, hCG can be detected in the urine as early as 7 to 10 days after conception.
