Buy a Brick or a Bench and Pave the Way to Hope in Puyallup.
We would like to invite you to become a part of Care Net of Puget Sound history by purchasing a memory brick or bench for the new Puyallup Center today!
Together, these bricks and benches will enhance our new center’s grounds by creating a beautiful patio area next to our front entrance for our clients to relax.
We only have 450 bricks available!
Each brick will have space for up to 3 lines of inscription.* Bricks will serve as a special way to show your support and honor or memorialize your loved ones. This area will become an important part of our center’s history and a lasting tribute to the value of life. Bricks are $250 each.
To purchase a brick or bricks, do one of the following:

PAY BY CHECK: Download, print and fill out this form. Write a check to Care Net of Puget Sound with “brick” in the memo or fill out the credit card portion of the form. Mail form and check, if applicable, to Care Net of Puget Sound, 1924 South Cedar Street Ste. B, Tacoma, WA 98405.
***Important Note: Once we receive your form and payment, you will receive an email from Regan Schnetz with the proof of your brick inscription. You will need to approve the proof before it is sent over to be engraved. If you do not receive this proof within 7 days of submitting your payment, please contact us right away.

Make an even bigger impact and memorialize someone in a bigger way by purchasing one of our two benches.
This will offer the perfect place on the patio for clients to take a moment to soak up the sun and fresh air as they wait for their appointments.
Each bench will have a plaque that you can personalize up to 3 lines.* A bench may be endowed for $1500.
