- Laboratory quality pregnancy tests to assure you of accurate test results.

- Limited first trimester ultrasound exam

STD Screenings are currently unavailable at this time due to current Stay-At-Home order.
If you are concerned that you may have an STD, we are here to help with free STD testing services for females.
Care Net offers STD screening for the three most prevalent STDs in our geographical area (gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomoniasis). We work in collaboration with the Health Department and refer our patients to them for additional STD screening when need.
Our STD screening is a two-step process.
Your first appointment will involve:
- A medical history intake
- A pregnancy test
- The actual STD screening (swab and/or urine testing may be utilized)
Your second appointment will involve:
- A medical consultation to give test results and follow-up information
- Referrals for the testing of your partner and treatment if necessary.
Care Net is grateful to local medical laboratories who provide the test results at no cost to our clients. STD symptoms in women are not always obvious. The only way to find out for sure if you have an STD is to get tested! [i]
If you are on your period for your STD appointment, you will need to reschedule after your period.
*STD screening services provided for female clients only.
Visit us for your free ultrasound.
You may already know you’re pregnant; however, due to our medical protocol a pregnancy test will need to be administered in center before you receive any other medical services. Your ultrasound will be performed by a certified medical professional. The ultrasound will always be confidential and at no cost to you.
We provide limited obstetrical ultrasound to determine whether you are pregnant, assess viability of the pregnancy, determine gestational age, and provide a due date.
We do not perform ultrasounds to determine the sex or diagnosis fetal health complications.
