Am I Pregnant?

A pregnancy test checks for a hormone called hCG[i] that is produced by the developing placenta during pregnancy. The longer you wait to take a pregnancy test, the more accurate it becomes. It is best to wait until your first missed period before you take a pregnancy test. You can test sooner, but you may need to take a confirming pregnanc test later. We provide a laboratory quality urine test free of charge. In normal pregnancy, hCG can be detected in the urine as early as 7 to 10 days after conception.
